Clean the Supermarket Map — Store Layout Guide

Navigate the full Clean the Supermarket! supermarket. Aisle numbers, department zones, and the stretching shelf mechanic explained.

Store Layout Overview

The Clean the Supermarket! supermarket is a sprawling Roblox environment divided into numbered aisles and themed departments. Unlike static maps in other games, this store evolves as you restore order—aisles physically extend through the stretching shelf mechanic, turning short rows into marathon sorting challenges. Understanding the base layout before shelves stretch is essential for efficient routing.

There is no official Trello or external map resource from Tidyverse. This wiki is your primary reference for aisle numbers, department boundaries, and navigation strategies. Use the Item Lookup tool alongside this map hub when you need to locate a specific product.

Map Subsections

Navigation Fundamentals

The store follows a loose real-supermarket logic: produce and bakery near the entrance, refrigerated dairy and frozen goods along the back wall, dry goods and canned products in center aisles, and hygiene/household along the side corridors. Aisle numbers increase as you move deeper into the store. Memorizing which number range corresponds to which item category cuts travel time dramatically.

Camera placement matters on every platform. Pause at aisle entrances to scan the full row before committing to a carry run. On PC, mouse look makes this fast; console players should sweep the right stick; mobile players benefit from tablet landscape view.

Department Zones at a Glance

Zone Typical Location Key Items
Produce Front-left entrance area Fruits, vegetables
Bakery Near produce Bread, pastries
Dairy Refrigerated back wall Milk, cheese, yogurt
Frozen Freezer section, far end Ice cream, frozen meals
Snacks & Beverages Center aisles Chips, soda, juice
Hygiene & Household Side aisles Soap, detergent, cleaners
Canned Goods Center-rear aisles Soup, beans, tuna
General Merchandise Varies by update Batteries, pet food, misc.

Stretching Shelves and Map Scale

As you complete shelf sections, aisles grow longer—a deliberate design choice that keeps difficulty scaling through a single playthrough. What begins as a ten-slot row can stretch to dozens of slots requiring multiple carry trips. Read the dedicated Stretching Shelves guide and How to Beat Infinite Shelves for endgame strategies.

Multiplayer Map Awareness

In cooperative sessions, assign departments rather than aisles—two players working the same stretching aisle create traffic jams. Call out which zone you are clearing and use the map's department colors (visible on shelf signage) to coordinate. Movement speed upgrades from the Upgrades Shop help everyone cover the expanded late-game map faster.

Map Tools and Walkthroughs

Combine this map hub with the Getting Started walkthrough for a guided first lap through the entrance departments, then progress to Full Completion when you are ready to restore every zone. The Item Lookup tool maps product names to aisle numbers instantly—keep it open on a second screen during long sessions.
